**Our Role**
As the Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs (Company Secretary), you will work across a range of areas, including legal advisory and projects, company secretarial, compliance and risk.

As well as providing corporate and commercial advice, transactions and projects and working closely with the management team, this role will allow you to use your non-legal skills to contribute to corporate affairs and help SCA achieve its strategic objectives. You will also provide effective advice on and manage company secretarial and regulatory issues.

A senior role, you will provide leadership and guidance to a small team of internal or seconded staff, assist executives enthusiastically with legal advice, and manage relationships with external law firms.

**The in-house lawyer we seek**
To be considered for the role you will have around 10 or more years of quality training and experience gained in either a leading law firm or in-house, and interest in airports or projects. You will enjoy working in a hands-on role, contributing as part of a team, and providing pragmatic and commercial advice.

A technically strong lawyer, your front-end commercial experience will add value as you work onsite with the business for part of the week and at home as per our WFH policy. You will be capable of dealing with senior managers, be flexible in adapting to change, focused on customer service and looking to make a long-term commitment to the business and team.
