**YOUR ROLE**

As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will work closely with the delivery team and relevant stakeholders. This opportunity will allow you to showcase your skills on exciting new projects involving all components of the demolition and civil industry, whilst expanding your knowledge in all areas of the delivery process. Your tasks will include but not limited to;
Plan and develop the project plans and ideas;
Lead your dream team to success;
Evaluating hazards;
Controlling risks;
Undertaking inspections of systems and equipment;
Scheduling and organizing projects;
Manage QA, QC, and HSEQ documents per project;
Supervising sub-contractors and staff.

**EXPERIENCE AND RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS**

5+ years experience in civil projects, ideally specialising in remediation, demolition, bulk excavations, retention/shoring systems, subgrade and base-course preparation, and pavement placement;
Sound communication and excellent organisational skills;
Enthusiastic, ambitious and highly motivated;
Ability to multitask and work both autonomously and within a team setting;
