About Our Client

What You Will Be Doing

  • Supervising and coordinating civil construction crews
  • Managing subdivisions including bulk earthworks, service installations, and road construction
  • Monitoring site operations for compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
  • Troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues
  • Communicating with subcontractors and stakeholders
  • Assisting in scheduling and planning daily/weekly activities
  • Mentoring junior team members

What You Will Need

  • 5 years experience in a Civil Construction Supervisor role or similar
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, equipment, and materials
  • Proven leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret engineering and construction plans accurately
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
  • Valid Drivers Licence and White Card
