**YOUR ROLE**

As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will work closely with the delivery team and relevant stakeholders. This opportunity will allow you to showcase your skills on exciting new projects involving all components of the civil construction industry whilst expanding your knowledge in all areas of the delivery process. Your tasks will include but not be limited to;
- Plan and develop scope and methodology;
- Lead your team and project to success;
- Evaluating hazards;
- Controlling risks;
- Undertaking inspections of systems and equipment;
- Scheduling and organizing plant, and resources;
- Manage quality and programme;
- Supervising sub-contractors and staff.

**EXPERIENCE**

5+ years experience in civil projects, ideally specializing in remediation, demolition, bulk excavations, retention/shoring systems, subgrade and base-course preparation, and pavement placement;
- Sound communication and excellent organizational skills;
- Enthusiastic, ambitious and highly motivated;
- Ability to multitask and work both autonomously and within a team setting;
- Australian working rights are essential.

**Salary**: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
