Eastoli Civil Constructions have a large pipeline of secured works across the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay Regions and are looking for Supervisors & Leading Hands to join our team. We offer long-term stability, career growth, and nationally recognised training.

As a Supervisor or Leading Hand, you will work in a tight knit crew across various sites. Working hours are generally 8-10 hours per day Monday to Friday and will include RDO's and industry standard for overtime rates. You will work alongside Engineers, operators, traffic controllers and major tier one companies.

The experience you will bring include;


• Brings a strong commitment to high WHS standard environment


• Prior experience as a Leading Hand (2 years) or Supervisor (4 years)


• demonstrated experience in STP & pump station renewals and construction (advantageous)


• demonstrated experience in complex sewer, storm water and water projects.


• familiar with live water and sewer network operations


• Communicates with influence, sound written and verbal skills


• Poly Welding Butt/Fusion (advantageous)


• Comprehensive knowledge of SEQ sewer and water code

Tickets and Licenses


• Construction White Card


• Industry relevant certifications including First Aid


• Plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded


• Current Drivers Licence and own reliable transport
