**About the Role**:

- Lead and manage field teams and subcontractors to deliver construction activities safely, on time, and to quality standards
- Conduct site walkouts, scope planning, and resource coordination in line with project schedules
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, conduct site audits, and promote a strong safety culture
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor and report on progress, escalate issues, and drive resolution of construction challenges

- Proven experience supervising construction teams in telecommunications or heavy engineering projects
- Trade qualification or relevant industry experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
