**Your new role**
Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for Group compliance and supporting the business stakeholders. Areas of responsibility will be:

- Developing and maintaining various frameworks such as Conflicts, Licensing Management, Obligations Management and Compliance Incidents
- Looking at Conflicts of Interest policy and registers and giving insightful advice and guidance.
- Licensing management with APRA and AFSL licence with ASIC and manage any changes to those licences for responsible managers and persons
- Reviewing and updating Group Compliance policies and procedures
- Reviewing compliance obligations, reviewing and challenging the control environment to ensure it meets compliance with the relevant obligations
- Trusted adviser to line 1 providing advice and recommendations relating to compliance matters, including in relation to compliance policies, obligations, conflicts of interest and marketing disclosures.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualification in a related discipline is preferred
- Compliance experience from a large bank or APRA regulated entity
- Wealth Management experience would be beneficial
- Self-Starter and proactive nature
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence
- Ability to work in a transforming environment and adapt quickly
