The Role

This is a Line 2 Senior Privacy Lead position reporting directly into the Head of Group Compliance.

Responsibilities include:

- Driving privacy compliance maturity
- Contributing to defining privacy compliance maturity level and operating model
- Responsible for the privacy compliance obligations register
- Contributing to the Risk Management Strategy
- Performing key privacy compliance monitoring and assurance activities
- Providing specialist privacy and compliance advice
- Helping the Group meet their compliance training needs by reviewing and updating the Privacy training program
- Preparing concise, insightful and timely reporting to Board and Management stakeholders on privacy compliance matters
- Assessment and advice as to the management of breach notifications and/or privacy complaints
- Preparing & submitting privacy breach notifications to regulatory bodies

About you
- Privacy SME experience within financial services
- Legal background preferred but not essential
- Stakeholder management experience
- Ability to contribute to a positive risk and compliance culture
