**The Role**

The Compliance Manager will be reporting to the Senior Compliance Manager to provide advice and support on all regulatory compliance matters for various business areas.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Proactive monitoring and communication of changes in the regulatory and legislative landscape
- Providing advice on the interpretation of compliance obligations
- Ensuring all compliance obligations for the business are integrated into the risk management framework
- Managing the policy register through regular assessment and implementation of relevant changes
- SME support on various projects across the Group
- Ad-hoc duties as required

**Your Profile**
- 2 - 3 years' experience working in a Compliance role across either Banking, Insurance or the broader Australian Financial Services sector.
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements (ASIC or APRA)
- A legal background would be highly regarded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
