**THE POSITION**
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with hiring managers and team members, ensuring alignment on recruitment goals and timelines

**THE PERSON**
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally high volume
- Previous experience in hospitality is ideal but not essential
- Experience in using recruitment systems - PageUp is ideal, but not essential
- Incredible stakeholder management skills
