As an
**Internal Recruiter,** you will be a key player in our acquisition of quality talent and help us find customer centric, resilient and creative employees to build our industry leading teams.
In this role you will work within a collaborative recruitment team and team of People and Culture professionals and have the opportunity to work alongside a group of dedicated, innovative and driven managers.
**What you will do**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to identify internal recruitment requirements and strategies
- Source talent through a variety of means including LinkedIn searches, social media, networking, online advertising, brand awareness and employee referrals
- utilise your creativity and out of the box thinking to create new talent pipelines and attract talent to the organisation
- Maintain recruitment data and reporting on recruitment trends or issues and make recommendations for improvement
- Support on boarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into WISE's business
- Provide advice to hiring managers and ensure recruitment processes are conducted in accordance with WISE Policy and legislative requirements and industry best practice
- Partner with People and Culture in recruitment and retention initiatives
**About you**:
You will be an experienced recruitment professional, who is comfortable with high volume recruitment and excited by a fast paced working environment. You will demonstrate strong communication and networking skills with experience in all facets of talent acquisition. You will confident and able to influence at all levels in order to achieve outstanding results and desired outcomes.
