**THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work as part of a team that provides expert guidance and advice to Treasury and other agencies on:

- program evaluation frameworks, plans, and reports
- performance measurement frameworks
- survey designs, questionnaires and reports
- Create and review content that contributes to the Queensland Government Program Evaluation Guidelines and supporting information sheets
- Liaise with agencies and / or their stakeholders to plan or conduct program evaluations or performance measurement
- Assist survey teams that collect, analyse and report primary statistical data
- Ensure outputs satisfy office standards for integrity, accuracy and timeliness based on quality principles and methodologies.

SUCCESS CRITERIA
To be successful in this role, you will have skills and experience in:

- program evaluation or in similar fields such as social or market research
- the collection and / or analysis of primary and secondary data
- client-focused services bound by agreed timelines, budgets and expectations for high quality outputs
- working as part of project team and managing competing work priorities
