As a Measurement and Evaluation Officer, you’ll provide technical expertise on the planning, coordination and delivery of fit-for-purpose measurement and evaluation for policy and delivery programs.

You will contribute to building an organisational culture of evaluation and learning from experience.

You may be responsible for leading a small team.

**Your duties**
- Share your in-depth understanding of evaluation and measurement concepts
- Build capability and form strong working relationships
- Effectively manage performance

**Skills and experience**
- Extensive understanding of contemporary evaluation and performance measurement concepts and methods
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Leadership experience
- Specialised skills in program evaluation, behavioural economics, statistical or econometric techniques
