Currently, we are looking for a social manager to join the team and deliver a best-in-class experience for our varied client base. You will get the opportunity to work with 100’s of customers across varying industries (including many of Brisbane and Australia’s best-known brands).

- That involves, but isn’t limited to, management and optimisation of:
- Search Engine Optimisation campaigns
- Google Ad campaigns
- Facebook Ad campaigns
- Instagram Ad campaigns
- LinkedIn Ad campaigns
- We manage millions of dollars in digital marketing budget every year.
- We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we take what we do seriously as we know what an impact it has on people’s businesses when we get it wrong or right.

- We have approx. 30 people on the team and continue to grow.

**What do the roles entail?**:
- In a nutshell, our Social Ad Managers spend their days setting up, running and optimising Meta Ad campaigns, in order to help customers drastically improve the return on investment they get from their digital ad campaigns.
- What does that look like?
- At a guess, it would break down like this:
- Building / setting up campaigns - 20% of the time
- Active management of campaigns - 55% of the time
- Helping project managers answer client questions - 10% of the time
- Helping project managers with client reporting - 10% of the time
- Training and upskilling the team - 5% of the time
