**Your new role**

Creating, managing and publishing content on various social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, leads and conversion. B2B industry experience may be advantageous. Writing amazing content and having a solid understanding of paid and organic social media to be utilised across various channels.
- End-to-end management of social media accounts, developing strategies, creatives, writing the copy and managing organics and paid social campaigns.
- Manage the set-up and day-to-day trafficking of online ad campaigns, actively monitoring and managing campaign performance.
- Executing and supporting paid search campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organisation and management.
- Using reporting, analytics and trend tools on a daily basis. Setting up keyword development, ad copy creation and testing, account set-up and restricting, big and budget management.
- Monitoring client marketing initiatives on a weekly basis to ensure that the activities undertaken match the budget of the project for clients to achieve their goals.
- Updating and monitoring client reports with ongoing analysis of key metrics to deliver insightful analysis and optimisations.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing end to end paid and organic social media campaigns (copywriting, ideation, graphic designing, posting, ads, management and reporting).
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or an in-house digital marketing position.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and comfortable speaking in teams meeting.
- Experience running Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn paid social campaigns.
- Ability to maintain job performance and a positive attitude in an entrepreneurial organisation.
- Proficient in using Photoshop or Canva, and other paid search platforms highly desirable (Google Ads, Bing, Microsoft Ads, YouTube)
