**Your new role**
Looking for a communications officer passionate about social media and creating content to engage, educate and inspire communities. Reporting to the Communications Manager and sitting within the brand, marketing & experience team, you will help grow their online community while also improving the member experience through great content and communications.
- Social media management: creating a calendar of engaging, creative, and effective content across social media channels, including writing, posting, scheduling and community management. Working closely with other team members and social agency to plan new and exciting activities on their owned channels, and to kickstarting their presence on new channels. Lead community management across social platforms.
- Website and blog content: writing and uploading content to website to educate their members while always looking for new and exciting opportunities to engage their members with the brand. This will include editorial planning, interviews, and copywriting for sections like Blog, FAQs.
- Brand copy writing: Writing, updating and evolving brand messaging across all channels. Developing program and product messaging and communications that meet compliance and business requirements.
- Communications delivery: Manage the end to end sending of member communications using the company's member communication channels including marketing automation, digital products and social media.
- Facilitate region and internal staff requests for communication assistance. Assist in the delivery of internal stakeholder communications across a range of platforms.
- Other copywriting, content creation and internal communications needs: to support the brand and member services team needs.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 2-5 years of communications and/or social media experience
- Strong written communication skills
- A passion for developing content and engaging communications
- Strong understanding of digital communication channels with a focus on social media
- Experience delivering marketing programs through marketing automation platforms and social media management tools preferred
- High attention to detail and a focus on quality.
