**The company**
Our client is a thriving Accounting firm based in Footscray They provide high quality customer service to their clients and specialise in business services, tax and superannuation services.
**The role**
Due to an internal promotion they are now looking for an outgoing Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join their growing team.
**Duties and Responsibilities -**
- Welcoming clients and visitors at reception
- Answering and forwarding all incoming calls and relaying messages to staff when needed
- Maintaining a tidy reception area
- Maintenance and setting up of meeting rooms and Board Room for client meetings, making team or coffee where needed
- Management and ordering of stationery and other office supplies
- Mail and correspondence - incoming and outgoing, including collection, sorting and distribution to staff
**Skills & experience -**
- Excellent communication skills and written skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Highly organised and ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Team player willing to assist others
- Strong attention to detail
