The Clinic Footscray is a leading private healthcare provider in the heart of Footscray, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care to the local community. Our team of healthcare professionals includes experienced doctors, nurses, and support staff who work collaboratively to deliver high-quality healthcare services.

Position:
Casual, Monday to Friday

The role:
**Duties**:

- Booking appointments and managing schedules
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring patient satisfaction
- Billing and handling Medicare claims
- Performing general office duties
- Maintaining patient confidentiality
- Assisting healthcare professionals with procedures and daily duties on a casual basis

**Requirements**:

- Prior medical reception experience is preferred but not essential
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong initiative and motivation to learn
- Friendly, enthusiastic and approachable
- Maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Footscray, VIC 3011: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
