Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this important role becomes the key internal financial leader, advisor and controller for the business. Primary responsibilities include:

- proactively contributing to the overall strategic direction of the business;
- planning, directing, developing and activating the financial activities of the business;
- maintaining and enhancing important relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
- ensuring the provision of detailed analysis and information to inform key business decisions;
- leading, motivating, mentoring and developing the corporate services team incorporating Finance, ICT & Facilities as well as Quality, Risk & Compliance;
- overseeing compliance, reporting and corporate regulatory requirements.

Professional and personal attributes sought include strong commercial and technological acumen complemented by superior communication and negotiation skills and a genuine social conscience. Additionally, exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to balance both strategic and operational priorities are essential. Warmth, empathy, resilience, versatility and credibility will also be necessary to succeed in this role.
