This role supports the delivery of engagement and communications activities to ensure our communities and stakeholders receive timely, accurate and appropriate advice about projects.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Contribute to implementing project and community communication and engagement strategies, and provide support and communication to key stakeholders and communities for the Communications and Engagement Branch and broader Homes Victoria.
- Proactively identify and respond promptly to community issues relating to key projects and develop mitigation strategies in consultation with senior managers as required.
- Contribute to the maintenance of the enquiries inbox and assist in the provision of timely and accurate responses, and the maintenance of the Branch forward planner.
