This role supports the delivery of engagement and communications activities to ensure our communities and stakeholders receive timely, accurate and appropriate advice about projects.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
1. Contribute to implementing project and community communication and engagement strategies, and provide support and communication to key stakeholders and communities for the Communications and Engagement Branch and broader Homes Victoria.2. Proactively identify and respond promptly to community issues relating to key projects and develop mitigation strategies in consultation with senior managers as required.3. Contribute to the maintenance of the enquiries inbox and assist in the provision of timely and accurate responses, and the maintenance of the Branch forward planner.
