**THE ORGANISATION**

This retail organisation has outlets across the globe and is looking for a motivated HR Advisor to join their HR team to support the business across Australia and New Zealand. The brand is renowned for quality and creativity. They have a trendy warehouse conversion office space based in Alexandria. This is a truly exciting opportunity to work within a high performing HR team within a global and dynamic company for an initial period of 6 month.

**THE ROLE**

Reporting directly into a HR Business Partner and working side-by-side this role will give you great exposure to all generalist HR responsibilities. You will act as the first point of contact for low level HR enquires, escalating where appropriate. You will be trained to manage a small employee relations case load, assisting with disciplinary and performance management meetings and workers compensation claims. This role will give you great exposure to all areas of people and culture and is a great opportunity for a junior HR professional to advance their career.

**THE CRITERIA**

To be suitable for this role you must have recently graduated from a HR degree and have experience working within a HR department, ideally in a fast-paced business. You will need to demonstrate a good understanding of Australia and New Zealand employment legislations. You will be eager and motivated to learn and be passionate about pursuing a career in HR.
