We have 9 company-owned salons and 33 franchises throughout Victoria and are looking for a motivated Area Manager to truly own this role.

**About the role**:

- Working with store managers and sales staff to influence change
- Drive high standards of customer experience
- Provide coaching, training and mentoring to all staff members to improve their sales including recruitment and on-boarding
- Developing and implementing training plans
- Assist in the development of business plans to deliver on targets & KPIs
- Implement and support marketing strategies and activities
- Upskilling team members to ensure specialist product and service knowledge, sales standards, customer services standards, and company policies

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Strong Vietnamese and English language skills
- Passion, energy, and experience in driving, leading and coaching teams
- Results-driven approach to sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Desirable, but not essential, previous beauty and/or management experience
- Self-motivated and effective time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Cultural awareness and adaptation
- Be open to learning council guidelines
- Efficient in Microsoft Suite such as Excel, Outlook and OneNote.
- Ability to self-manage and prioritise important task
- Ability to travel to mutiple sites per day

**Salary**: $69,359.22 - $90,000.00 per year
