**Your Role**

As an HR Administrator, you will play an essential role in keeping our HR and Talent Acquisition functions running efficiently. Working closely with our HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure employee documentation is up to date
- Coordinate interview scheduling, onboarding and offboarding activities
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements that enhance our employee experience
- This is a hands-on role where your organisational skills, initiative and communication style will make a real impact.

**What You Will Bring**

You are someone who thrives in a collaborative team and enjoys a role with variety. You will also bring:

- 1-2 years’ experience in HR or recruitment administration
- Confidence using HR or recruitment systems (HRIS, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
- A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine desire to learn and grow in your HR career
- A qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration will be highly regarded, but not essential if you have the right experience and enthusiasm.
