**About the position**
- Schedule the company events for the whole year.
- Identify clear objectives for each event/campaign and prepare a specific, operational plan to achieve the set-up objectives.
- Liaise with stakeholders and staff members during the event planning process to make sure everything is in order.
- Follow up, supervise and manage the preparation process for each event/campaign
- Act as the first point of contact for partners and staff members on the event day.
- Assess the event outcomes and provide relevant feedback.
- Organise and manage different types of events (e.g., study expo, online and offline seminar, university/college tour, day tour event and other interesting activities for international students).
- Coordinate and liaise with the company’s stakeholders to promote the company apps and campaigns.

**About you**
- Have experience in organizing events
- Have completed or currently attending higher education courses at Australian universities, preferably majoring in Marketing/Public Relationship/Event Management/Media and Communication
- **Very strong organisational skills **with excellent multi-tasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- **Being creative **and being able to bring new ideas and strategies to boost the event outcomes
- Ability to work well with members who come from different cultures and languages
- You must have work right in Australia in order to be considered for the position

**Work schedule**
- Flexible schedule: part-time or casual, upon the agreement between you and the company
- Expected work hours: 20 ~ 25 hours, 4 days per week
