Role Description

This is a full-time Event Coordinator role located in Brisbane. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing events, communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, overseeing event logistics and sales related to events. The role is largely WFH but will be required to visit venues in and around Brisbane.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage events from concept to execution.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand event requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue coordination, vendors, and timelines.
  • Support sales related to events and contribute to achieving event-related targets.

  • Experience in coordinating events and managing event logistics
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Salary from $60,000+ Super to $70,000+ Super
