This is why Clarity was formed: combining their world class business thinking, with a network of professional experts, working closely together to give clients peace of mind on their journey - both now, and in the years ahead. **And right now, Clarity has engaged us to find a passionate relationship builder**, sales-and-service driven person, to take ownership of client relationship management, creating win/win/win outcomes for the clients, Clarity... and you **So, who are you?** Well, in addition to your circa 5 years' Client Success experience in Professional services - Financial Planning, Accounting Firms... etc., if most people would describe you as: - A quick learner and commercially savvy; - Good at juggling multiple priorities at the same time; - Goal driven and energetic; - Self-confident yet diplomatically assertive; - Someone who enjoys meeting with commercially-minded business-owners decision-makers; - A creative and adaptable thinker; - Comfortable in taking charge of sales situations when needed, yet "quietly persuasive"; - Calm under pressure; - Resilient; - Pro-active and keen to take the initiative; - Good at reading both people - and the facts; and - Methodologically able to approach the relationship sales process in a well organised way... We'd love to hear from you **The gig?** Well, in essence, you're up-selling a range of professional services - accounting, restructuring, advisory, estate planning, Board of Directors (Quarterly Group Financial Coaching), to existing clients. The target audience are all business owners, some are high net worth individuals and your role will be to sell high-dollar-value, value-added services. You'll also drive referrals, creating and managing partnerships - and manage onboarding newly acquired clients. What a buzz, right? Absolutely stimulating. **Why would you?** This is a business within the business, for a great relationship builder, sales and service driven person. You'll be joining a growth orientated accounting firm, which is renowned as being entrepreneurial, a top 100 accounting firm in Australia... They enjoy a strong, close knit team that makes a difference to their clients. Unusually for the industry, this accounting and advisory firm is focussed on growth. It grows by several means: organically, direct referral campaigns and partnerships and acquisition of other firms. You’ll play a key role across all aspects of that growth, including onboarding those newly acquired clients and ensuring a successful transition into the Clarity PG world. Identifying ways to add further value to them through their additional services and successfully having them take those services up will be key also. And it pays well Base circa $100K.
