We have an exciting brand-new leadership role in our Technology HI & BS team for a Head of Delivery - Strategic Programs. You’ll primarily lead the Technology enablement for Capability Modernisation Program, ensuring the successful delivery of the program of work while transforming and upgrading foundational systems that underpin Bupas operations. Nurturing the program of work from inception to completion, you will be motivated to optimise productivity, improve employee and customer experiences and deliver a program of work that will set Bupa up for its future. You’ll utilise your technical expertise, leadership skills, strategic vision, and change management capabilities.

**To be successful in this role you’ll need**:

- 8 to 10 years’ experience in a large scale program management role, managing medium to large projects (circa $100M - $300M) with high levels of complexity, multiple dependencies and with up to 10 - 20+ indirect report
- Demonstrated experience in project status reporting, scheduling, dependency management and milestone tracking techniques, financial / budget management and risk management
- Proven track record influencing and negotiating successful outcomes with Sponsors, Project Managers and senior stakeholders
- Experience running RFPs/RFIs and managing vendor relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to senior levels and report writing
- Experience in Agile project delivery (and knowing when and how to best use it)
- Strong understanding of SAFe (e.g. PI planning), DevOps and SDLC

**Qualifications and Training**
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems/Information Technology or equivalent
- Formal project management qualifications from either AIPM or PMI (Mandatory or working towards)
- Formal Agile project
