The Talent Business Partner is a strategic collaborator to the business, partnering with leaders to understand their talent needs and develop and implement solutions that drive employee attraction, engagement and retention. The Talent Business Partner leverages their expertise in talent to support the organisation in achieving its business objectives through effective talent strategies.

**About You**
- You can deliver talent solutions and collaborate in a dynamic team environment with a strong sense of ownership.
- You demonstrate the ability to engage, communicate and build partnerships with a diverse range of people.
- Your extensive talent acquisition experience has ideally be gained within large, complex organisations, including high volume and management level recruitment.
- You demonstrate experience developing and implementing talent strategies at a business or regional level.
- You have experience driving customer experience initiatives and implementing continuous improvement to drive satisfaction.
- You can demonstrate experience securing difficult to find talent through proactive searches, market mapping and talent pooling.
- You demonstrate critical thinking to solve talent acquisition challenges.
