**About the Role**
We are looking for a highly motivated Aftercare Sales Manager to lead the sales of Extended Warranties, Surface Coatings, Interior & Exterior Treatments, Electronics, Scratch & Dent Memberships, and more. You will work in a high-energy, results-driven environment, providing exceptional customer service while building relationships with clients and driving sales.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team in a new location with no cold calling—just a continuous flow of customer leads. You’ll be instrumental in driving the profitability of the Aftercare Department and will be supported with training, ongoing education, and a team that champions success.
**Day-to-Day, You Will Be Responsible For**:
- Selling a wide range of aftercare products, including warranties, coatings, memberships, and electronics
- Building rapport and interacting with customers both face-to-face and over the phone
- Exceeding sales targets and monitoring personal performance
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Reporting on sales figures and tracking KPIs
- Providing excellent customer service at all stages of the sales process
**Attributes to Be Successful in This Role**:
- Proven experience in sales is a MUST (automotive experience is advantageous but not essential)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to build credibility, respect, and rapport with customers and colleagues
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional results
