BetterYOU Fitness Centre is a new public gym in the heart of Pakenham, and we are looking for a Membership Consultant to join our team. As a Membership Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping us grow our membership base and achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with potential and current members through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct tours of the gym and provide information on membership options and benefits.
- Meet and exceed membership sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Follow up on leads and enquiries to convert them into membership sales.
- Work with the wider team to develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of membership sales, enquiries, and customer interactions in our systems.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Knowledge of fitness and gym equipment is desirable but not essential.
