**About the Role**

You will be reporting to the Supply Chain Manager OTR AP, the primary purpose of this role is to coordinate the OTR operational processes (Export & Import Shipments) & internal order processes.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Order management such as placing and maintaining orders on all global plants for supply into Asia. Maintaining order status report for all open PO’s
- Customer Liaison for order status and documentation for all Export shipments
- Liaise with all Business Development managers for order status and clearance for all Replacement imports
- Maintaining daily and monthly inventory and import reports, updating V prices & Landed costs into Australia
- Provide back up for customer service associate and support for AP OTR Supply Chain manager.

**About You**

You will have a keen eye for detail and have a high level of organization skills. You will be able to prioritise your workload, work proactively and meet deadlines.

You will also have;
- 3 years’ experience in import / export logistics role essential
- SAP experience desirable
- High organizational skills
- Great people and relationship building skills
