The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant - Industrial, the Team Assistant will ensure smooth day-to-day running for the Industrial Team Senior Leaders, by providing general administrative support.

You will make an impact by:

- Providing diary / calendar management and meeting support.
- Organising staff travel.
- Processing payment of invoices, managing purchase orders and reconciling credit card expenses.
- Assisting with scheduled training sessions including distributing invitations, managing attendance and catering if required.
- Assist the Executive Assistant in the coordination and logistics of the team’s key events and coordinate external conference & event attendance.
- Onboarding of new employees.
- Preparation of reporting.
- Managing a shared inbox.
