Multiple APS6 Project Officer positions | 12 month contract | Federal Government Agency | Based in Sydney CBD
**Your new company**
This Federal Government agency leads national improvements in healthcare safety and quality.
**Your new role**
Your duties will include, but not be limited to, undertaking project management activities, collating and drafting briefing notes and providing secretariat support for committees including preparation of agenda papers and meeting papers. You will also be required to liaise with experts and stakeholders and undertake procurement and contract management.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered you’ll have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and highly developed project management skills. You’ll possess well-developed interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to present, negotiate, influence and consult. You’ll have sound decision making skills, initiative and professional judgement where necessary. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable. Full working rights and an up to date COVID-19 vaccination status is required.
**What you'll get in return**
This role is a 12-month contract. The hourly rate will vary depending on experience. The team currently have hybrid working arrangements with the office based in Sydney CBD.
