**About this Opportunity**

Have you got an eye for detail and a passion for supporting community development?

Our client, Ngaanyatjarra Construction and Maintenance Services (NCAMS) is currently looking for a full-time Maintenance Administrator to join our team.

Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader, this role is responsible for ensuring our communities receive the services they need to thrive by providing administrative support to the wider maintenance team and effectively capturing work order details.

People with experience in Administration are encouraged to apply.

In return for your valuable work and contribution, you will be rewarded with an attractive remuneration base of between $ 70,000.00 - $80,000.00 gross per annum + Superannuation.

**What a typical day looks like**
- Receive in, reconcile and data enter contractor work forms
- Preparation of invoices
- Sourcing maintenance Schedule of Rates Codes
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external meetings

**About You**

You would be perfect for the role if you have a strong eye for detail.

You will also have:

- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Highly efficient data entry skills and typing accuracy
- Effective communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs and IOS is beneficial, but not essential

First incorporated in 1981, the Ngaanyatjarra Council represents the interest of around 2000 Ngaanyatjarra, Pintupi and Pitjantjatjara people, living in 12 communities in the Central Desert region of Western Australia. We are one of the of the largest Indigenous Corporations in Australia and are the major representative body for Ngaanyatjarra people.
