Team Assistant - Design team
An amazing opportunity to join a well-known Australian brand as Team Assistant working with a highly experienced and passionate Design team. With no two days the same, you will be kept busy. The key focus of this role is to providing calendar support to the General Manager Design, and general office support Senior Design Leads and the broader Design team. It is a broad role and requires a hands-on, flexible and proactive approach. If you thrive in a highly creative and fast paced environment, this is the role for you

**The role involves responsibility for**:

- Calendar support for GM of Design and Head of Design - ensuring they are on time and prepared
- Providing administrative support to the Design team including setting up new starters, expense coordination and IT/AVtroubleshooting (including Apple Macs)
- Assisting with preparation of events and meetings, including AV setup, printing materials, and catering arrangements
- Arranging international and domestic travel bookings

What experience and skills do I have?
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach to getting things done
- Experience with Outlook calendar management
- Professional and clear written and verbal communication skills, including with senior management
- Project support, events coordination and/or design experience would be ideal
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with Apple Mac computers
- An interest in or passion for design is highly desirable
