**Corporate Receptionist - **Part-time**

**Salary: $60,000 FTE**

Hays currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join the team on a part-time basis. Our client works within professional services, located in Newcastle.

**Your new role**

In this position, you will primarily be the first point of contact for all clients, contractors, and visitors to the office. We are seeking someone who is customer-centric, demonstrates a high level of professionalism at all times, and can complete key administration duties to ensure smooth running of the office day-to-day. Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Reception duties including greeting visitors and clients, answering phone calls.
- Answering customer enquiries efficiently.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Use of Xero to lodge Tax Returns.
- Office maintenance, including maintaining a tidy reception area, and liaising with Property Manager regarding building maintenance as needed.
- Document management, including processing mail, scanning, and archiving.
- Responsible for ad-hoc administration duties.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous Receptionist experience essential.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Present yourself professionally at all times.
- Highly organised and have great customer service skills.
- Previous use of Xero ideal.
