**Job/Project Description**:
**Senior Change Management Skills**
- **Advanced communication skills (verbal & written)**
- Involves direct communication with employees at various levels in different functions across the organisation.
- Understands the requirements of different stakeholders and knows how to contextualise the required information and make it relevant.
- Influential
- Open, honest, transparent, and straightforward
- **Strong emotional intelligence**
- the ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, overcome challenges, and defuse conflict.
- It also means that you value others, listen to their wants and needs, and are able to empathize or identify with them on many different levels.
- **Adaptable/agile mindset**
- Be able to pivot and change based on the requirements of the stakeholders at a given point in the project

- The ability and capacity to withstand adversity and recover quickly from difficult situations
- **Coaching ability (preferable not mandatory)**
- Through the solid understanding of methodologies, frameworks, and best practices; enable, empower and encourage employees to embrace the change
- **Project management skill**
- Useful to have some project management experience at a senior change management level
- Refers to the use of people, processes, and methodologies to plan, initiate, execute, monitor, and close activities.
- **Strategic thinker/visionary mindset**
- Long-term change management strategies must be positioned in the forefront of their mind to ensure that the organisation never lags behind
- Continuously striving towards new and improved ways to tackle change management effectively
- Proactively builds plans to mitigate employee resistance
- Must be able to draw on resources and be able to strategically find ways to implement them into their current/future strategies

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $800.00 - $900.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
