Due to ongoing growth and a recent structural realignment, WesTrac are looking for dynamic **Human Resources Business Partner’s **to join our team based in South Guildford.

Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, these individuals will partner with our leaders to help develop People & Culture initiatives and strategies which support the achievement of business goals. They collaborate with other P&C Centres of Excellence to ensure that their strategies and frameworks are aligned to business needs and guide the business through the cyclical events.

Portfolios will be assigned across areas such as Metro Service; Regional Service; Sales & Digital Technology; Corporate & Apprentices; Parts, Logistics & Facilities. Subject to portfolio size, the P&C BP’s will have a direct report of a P&C Advisor to support them in delivering support in performance management, ER, enterprise agreement support and generalist HR requirements.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or significant applicable experience within a similar position
- Cyclical activity oversight within talent and succession review processes, engagement activities and remuneration review process
- Solid experience providing strategic support and leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to partner with senior business leaders
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
- Have strong people leadership skills with the ability to influence, motivate and develop a team of professionals
- Demonstrated ability of solving complex, ambiguous problems by working collaboratively with others
