The role Reporting to the Manager, Mental Health Act Administration Team, your commitment to upholding service quality standards and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies will be instrumental. As an integral part of the team, your administrative prowess will be showcased through managing mail, word processing, formatting, and handling a spectrum of tasks to support the robust administration of the Mental Health Act 2016. Impeccable record-keeping skills, particularly in creating and maintaining precise files using SharePoint, underscore your attention to detail and commitment to procedural accuracy.
The successful personTo excel in this position, you should possess a solid understanding of the Mental Health Act 2016 and its associated administrative procedures or demonstrate a capacity to swiftly acquire this knowledge. Your proficiency in office procedures, coupled with advanced administrative skills, is essential. Although not obligatory, familiarity with contemporary systems like the Consumer Integrated Mental Health Application (CIMHA), Electronic Document and Records Management System (eDRMS), and Microsoft SharePoint is advantageous.
Moreover, your effectiveness in managing and prioritizing workloads, along with adaptability to changing priorities and business requirements, is crucial. Intermediate computer skills, encompassing the adept use of office software packages like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and databases, are expected. A notable level of interpersonal skills is paramount, equipping you to communicate seamlessly with personnel at all organizational levels and members of the public.
