**C&K Yuingi Community Childcare Centre** is a unique centre that caters for up to 70 children across 5 learning spaces. Our Centre is now looking for a Lead Educator who is passionate about working alongside children in their early years.

At C&K Yuingi Community Childcare Centre, we are proud of our spacious natural environment and use this as a catalyst for challenging and open-ended play where children are provided with uninterrupted time to explore and engage in learning. We respect children as powerful learners, thinkers and theorisers and active citizens.

Our long-term, friendly, calm and engaging Teachers and Educators collaborate to create a supportive and welcoming environment for children, families and educators. With a strong focus on relationship pedagogy, honouring first nations people, children's rights, professional leadership, community partnerships and social justice & equity, we recognize and respect the early years as pivotal in children's lives.

You will be working on a **permanent full-time basis for 40 hours per week**. We are looking for a **Lead Educator** who can be flexible, and work shifts between the hours of 7.00 am to 6.00 pm on rotating rosters.

We have a variety of hours available including both part-time and full-time positions.

**You will need to hold or be willing to enrol and work towards**
- Lead Educators: Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
- A Police Check current within 3 months or willing to obtain one

If you are studying or hold a Bachelor's in Education you will also be eligible for our Educator roles.
- All C&K employees are required to undergo background checks which include a police check. Also, all C&K employees will need to have obtained their 1st and 2nd vaccinations for COVID-19 as a condition of employment._
