We are seeking a passionate Lead Educator to join our supportive and professional team. This role is perfect for a qualified Lead educator with at least 2 years' experience who is dedicated to providing high-quality care and education while inspiring and leading others.

About you:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passionate about guiding and mentoring educators while fostering a positive learning environment
- A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
- A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds

**About the Centre**:
Milestones Early Learning Jimboomba is situated in the city of Logan and caters for children 6 weeks to 5 years. Our Lifelong Learning Curriculum supports the children's development through child led inquisitive and explorative play. Our natural play spaces and spacious studios allow for indoor, outdoor programs and our school readiness programs enable our children to be ready school.
