**Position Overview**: As a Lead Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early years of children's lives. Your expertise and passion will contribute to their growth and development in a safe and engaging environment.
- Diploma in Early Childhood or Equivalent: You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or Child Care, or a relevant equivalent qualification, showcasing your foundation in early childhood education.
- In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS)
- Proven Experience in implementing programs to meet the needs of each child.
- Working with Children Check or willing to obtain one
