**About the Role**

3M are currently recruiting for a Senior Product Manager to join the Healthcare Division based at the head office in North Ryde. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing within the medical industry.

**Your main duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Leading the development of the annual strategic marketing plan. Including driving the portfolio toward its annual sales, cost, inventory and profitability objectives
- Managing the marketing portfolio requirements including promotional activities, pricing strategies, budgeting and forecasting
- Demand planning and forecasting, including supplying customer communication & support when required
- Working closely with procurement & manufacturers to deliver global and locally commercialized products
- Drive online and offline demand generation and implement key growth programs
- Providing leadership to the sales teams and other stakeholders
- Event management for conferences, clinician dinners and webinars
- Minimum of 4 years relevant marketing experience within the health care industry
- A degree or Post Graduate qualifications in Marketing, Business or Commerce
- Experience in business & strategic planning, digital marketing, marketing automation, social media campaigns and product launches
- Hands on events experience
- The ability to work closely with sales and clinical teams, clinicians, hospitals, channel partners, and advertisers
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to take ownership and make informed decisions
- Strong attention to detail
