About the role

As a result of a dynamic new strategy in the APAC region, an exciting opportunity has opened for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the Asia Pacific Digital Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in Malaysia and working closely with Product Marketing and the Field Sales Engagement Director, this role will provide you with the opportunity to further develop your skills and passion in digital marketing, social media and communications.

The role will be predominantly responsible for designing and developing marketing material and creating communication content. In addition, you will be championing all Australian and New Zealand social media and digital resources, including various social media platforms with the objective of promoting the global company brand as well as product launches for their sustainable products. There will be a strong focus on social media advertising, including identifying target segments, creating written and image content, running ad campaigns from beginning to end and then analysing and reporting on costs and returns at the completion of the campaign.

Responsibilities of the role
- Developing creative strategies for new target markets and execute a range of campaigns
- Developing engaging, creative and innovative online content through photo and video shoots and then posting these images and content to social media channels
- Managing and monitoring engagement of the company website and social media sites
- Designing banners and flyers using your image and written communication skills
- Assisting in creating EDM’s for the Independent Sales Consultants and their customers
- Amplifying launch events through creative communications and digital strategies
- Reviewing digital analytics and provide key insights and recommendations at the completion of campaigns

About you
- Ideally will have completed a Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent, but not essential
- Experience in a B2C role where you have strong knowledge of marketing communication, digital and social marketing activities
- Confident in using Illustrator and content design tools
- Prior experience using Adobe Create Suite would be advantageous as would experience using Final Cut Pro (or similar video editing suites)
- Have excellent time management skills and able to prioritise competing deadlines
- Must be a team player who is able to work autonomously on projects
- Possess strong written communication skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive, enthusiastic and driven with a strong passion for digital marketing

This is a high collaboration role across the various internal functions and is based full-time in the Norwex North Lakes office. You need to be comfortable partnering closely with the broader marketing and commercial teams, both in Australia and overseas, on a regular basis.
