**About the Company**

**About the Role**

3M are currently recruiting for a Channel Marketer to join their Grocery Division - based at the North Ryde head office. You will be responsible for developing and executing the customer marketing plan in line with customer strategy.

**Your main duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Developing a deep understanding of channel partners goals including budgeting and targets
- Collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Operations to ensure seamless execution of planned calendars and activities
- Understand the Customer Strategy including customer shopper, financial metrics, space management and channel communication
- Leading the creation, execution and measurement of Customer marketing plan including media and comms, digital, in store displays and promotional calendar
- Using customer shopper data to drive retailer ranging, merchandising and online ranging decisions
- Building strong relationships with key customers including marketing and digital teams
- Working collaboratively with Sales and product team to develop and execute Channel Strategy and Plans to deliver
- Working closely with analysts to gather key insights and trends for customer growth
- Minimum of 3 years relevant marketing experience within FMCG or Hardware industry
- Experience within product management/campaign management and/or customer-facing marketing communication
- A degree or Post Graduate qualifications in Marketing, Business or Commerce
- Experience in business & strategic planning, digital marketing, marketing automation, social media campaigns and product launches
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail
