In the past year we have seen growth across the business and we're looking to take this up another level with multiple new hires.

This entry level role will provide you with hands-on training and practical experience as well as exposure to sophisticated digital strategies that drive growth across paid media.

To give you a sense of what the first few months look like - from the get go, you will be trained to execute winning ad campaigns across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), to eventually become an expert at running and optimising campaigns on social. Over time, you will also have exposure to other channels (such as search marketing and display media) and client communication to help train for next steps in your career.

**Must-haves**:

- A strong desire to build a career in digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and concepts
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset
- Previous internship experience

**Nice-to-haves**:

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with social media ad platforms such as Meta, Tik Tok

Hybrid role with 3 days in the office and balance (2 days) work from home. Fantastic office located 2-4 min walk from North Sydney and Victoria Cross Stations.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
