**POSITION**

- **Respond to and process referrals and referral enquiries in a timely, sensitive, and effective manner.**:

- **Complete child protection risk assessments and domestic and family violence risk screenings.**:

- **Identify support needs of families and whether they meet the target criteria of the program.**:

- **Provide information about alternate referral pathways as required, to families and external referring bodies.**:

- **Maintain contact with families on the waitlist, re-prioritising risk assessments, and ensuring ethical management of the waitlist.**:

- **Identify child protection issues and report concerns to Child Safety.**:

- **Full time backfill until 13 November 2026.**:

- **Level 4** under the SCHCADS award.**:
