POSITION

  • Respond to and process referrals and referral enquiries in a timely, sensitive, and effective manner.
  • Complete child protection risk assessments and domestic and family violence risk screenings.
  • Identify support needs of families and whether they meet the target criteria of the program.
  • Provide information about alternate referral pathways as required, to families and external referring bodies.
  • Maintain contact with families on the waitlist, re-prioritising risk assessments, and ensuring ethical management of the waitlist.
  • Identify child protection issues and report concerns to Child Safety.
  • Full time backfill until 13 November 2026.
  • Level 4 under the SCHCADS award.
  • Open to all suitably qualified internal candidates.
