Your Impact
Reporting to the GM Retail, eComm & Brand Partnerships you will responsible for establishing, contracting and managing commercial brand partnerships for the ALB business, together with supporting due diligence and implementation of strategic initiatives. The role requires Commercial ownership of annual plans and proactive facilitation across Business Unit and partnership functions to drive alignment and monthly management.
In addition, you will build 3 year Strategic JBP to align forward thinking and enablement of the longer term strategy and deliverables. You will facilitate key business relationships and strategically assess current and future proposed relationships with brand owners and business opportunities.
Other key responsibilities include
Responsible for delivering the commercial outcomes for ALB with our brand partners - P&L responsibility
Proactively facilitates the delivery of growth across brand partner portfolios by establishing and aligning strategic priorities
Facilitate cross functional capability building with ALB by sourcing and leveraging best practices and synergies within Brand Partners
Be our brand partners advocate within ALB; Be ALB advocate with our brand partners
Proactively collaborate with key stakeholders to maximize commercial initiatives for ALB and our brand partners
Oversee accurate reporting, year end provision of Bottler Evidence, and invoicing SIF initiatives to ensure reporting is delivered on time every time
Develop long term, strategic relationships with our brand partners
Facilitate best in class cross functional relationships between ALB & brand partners.
Ensure ALB is amongst ‘best practice’ in servicing and meeting brand partner expectations
About You
Commercial tertiary qualification
A proven track record in business P&L management and commercial strategy
Category Management, Sales or Marketing beneficial
Experience at the Senior National Account Management or National Business Management level
Strong track record in leading and coaching teams and influencing others to deliver required results
Strong influencing and collaborating skills
Strategic planning, organizational and partnering capability
Executive maturity and ability to effectively navigate through challenging situations
